Duck Cottage is a newly renovated 4BR, 3.5BA home in the Sanderling neighborhood surrounded by beautiful live oaks, a 3-minute walk to a private beach, and close to all the great shops and restaurants in Duck. Guests tell us it's a place that feels like home right away.
Every bedroom has its own deck. It sleeps 10 comfortably and works great for families, friend groups, or an excellent girls' trip.

A short walk through the oaks to Sanderling's private beach. It's quieter than the public beaches one of the best things about staying here.
The neighborhood pool and tennis club is a quick drive or easy bike ride. Great option when you want a break from the ocean.
Duck is a really lovely little town great restaurants, cute shops, a nice boardwalk along the sound. Easy to drive or bike in from the house.
Pricing
Duck Cottage is open all year and honestly some of our favorite times are outside of peak summer. September and October are warm, uncrowded, and all the best restaurants are still open. Winter is cozy the fireplace gets used, the beach is empty, and Duck is lovely and quiet.

The water is still warm, the beaches are emptier, and every great restaurant is open. Come November the fireplace comes on and the house takes on a whole different, cozy vibe. We love it year-round and think you will too.
